It’s very simple: On our website, you choose a design and place your order. After ordering, you’ll receive a link by email to take your measurements. This only takes a few minutes, and you can easily measure yourself from home. Once we have your measurements, we produce and ship your bra within 10 business days.

If your bra doesn’t fit perfectly, we will produce a new, improved version for you free of charge. Or you can return it and receive a hassle-free refund.
We make measuring easy: in our questionnaire, we guide you step by step through the measuring process. In addition, once you’ve submitted your measurements, we check them for any inconsistencies and will reach out to you to be on the safe side if anything seems off.
And if a measuring error still slips through and the finished bra doesn’t fit perfectly, we’ll be happy to make you a new, corrected bra free of charge based on your preferences.
