We do not work with standard sizes, but make products that are specially adapted to your body. Therefore, please select 'Custom' as your size. After you have placed your order, you will receive a personalized link by email with which you can record your measurements.
With pre-order sales, you can order products with a longer delivery time at a reduced price. The expected delivery date is shown on the check-out page. The purchase price is due immediately upon ordering. Pre-orders can be canceled via customer service.
We accept payment by credit card (Mastercard, Visa), Klarna Pay Later, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. We will try to cancel your order in good time.
We save your measurements in our customer file. If you have ordered from us before, we can use your saved measurements for your order. To do this, we will send you an email after your order in which you can choose whether you want to record new measurements or use your previous measurements.
We're a young company and have launched with just one product that we've honed over time. In the future, we plan to expand our lineup with more models. This will require careful product development, and we’d love to hear your suggestions for products you’d like to see.

It can take up to 60 minutes before you receive an email with your personalized link. If you have not received it, please check again to see if it has landed in your spam box. If not, send us a short message or give us a call and we will generate the link for you manually.
Yes! All you need to measure yourself with a ruler is an additional piece of string: You first measure the respective circumference with the string and then measure the length of the string with the ruler.
We designed our measuring process such that you can measure yourself without needing help. However, it can still be easier if you have someone to help you. Just please keep in mind that you need to measure yourself on bare skin. Anything else will distort the result.
We recommend measuring each parameter twice and then taking the average.
Yes, a slight asymmetry is completely normal and very common. Thanks to our special 3D cup construction and the particularly adaptable foam, our bras can easily compensate for most size differences between the two breasts. This works up to about one cup size difference between the left and right breast. For larger size differences, however, we would recommend specialized providers.
Shipping
We typically dispatch your bra within 14 days after receiving your measurements. Within Germany, delivery usually takes 1-3 days, but can occasionally take longer if our shipping service providers have a particularly high volume of parcels.
We use parcel shipping with DHL.

Returns & Alterations
Check: First, please use our fitting guide to check whether the bra really doesn't fit well: Occasionally, wearers are so used to ill-fitting, non-supportive bras that a properly fitting bra can feel too tight at first.
How to put on your bra: When putting on the bra, please make sure to scoop and swoop all your breast tissue up and towards the centre of your cup (away from your armpits). This can make a huge difference to the fit and wearing comfort.
Adjustment period: Especially if you’ve been wearing ill-fitting bras for a long time, it can take up to a week to get used to the new fit. For example, the band of properly fitted bra might initially feel tighter than you are used to. While a short adjustment period is normal, a bra should never be painful. If it is, it just doesn’t fit right.

Products
Underwires are absolutely essential for achieving good lifting and sculpting. At the same time, underwires are only uncomfortable if the bra is not fitted correctly. With a well-fitting bra, you will not notice the underwire when you wear it.
We always recommend hand washing for our bras. If you still prefer to wash them in the washing machine, please use the delicate or hand wash cycle, with a laundry bag, and without fabric softener.
Important: Bras change shape in the dryer. Please make sure to always air dry your bras.
Please ensure that moulded bra cups are not squeezed, folded, or squished during storage, as this can cause them to lose their shape over time.
