How does it work?
If your bra doesn't fit perfectly, we'll make you a new, improved bra at no extra cost. Alternatively, you can return it for a full refund.
Our Fit Guarantee is subject to the following conditions:
- The Fit Guarantee can only be used once per customer, per product.
- Products you've purchased previously are not covered by the Fit Guarantee.
- To use the guarantee, please report your issue within 14 days of receiving your bra here .
- If you request a remake, we'll contact you shortly to discuss the adjustments needed for your new bra.
- If you choose a remake, we cover the cost of return shipping. If you choose a refund, we kindly ask that you cover the return shipping costs yourself.
- If, for technical reasons, we need to convert your remake request into a return, we will of course cover the return shipping costs for you.
- Please note that we can only accept returns if the bra is unworn and the original tags and labels are still attached.
- Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the original order.
- Gift cards are excluded from the Fit Guarantee.
