Check the fit
If you’re unsure about the fit of your bra, please first check whether it’s actually fitting you correctly. Especially if you’ve been wearing ill-fitting bras for a long time, it may take 1–2 weeks to get used to the new fit.
Request remake or return
If the fit isn’t ideal according to our Fit Guide, you can return your bra within 14 days of receiving it – as long as it’s unworn and has all original tags attached.
We’ll then either create a new bra based on your preferences at no extra cost or issue a full refund.
